If the browser you use is not one of the ones we've listed, you may encounter some display problems while accessing ACS.org.


Are you using IE 11 and experiencing difficulties with the site?

You may need to turn off Compatibility Mode in your settings. Here’s how:

1. Go to "Compatibility View settings" in your browser.

2. Make sure ACS.org is NOT listed under “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View”.

  • If you see ACS.org listed, highlight it and select “Remove”.

3. Verify that the two boxes at the bottom of the page (“Display intranet sites in Compatibility View” and “Use Microsoft compatibility lists”) are not checked.

  • If they are checked, uncheck them.

4. The box should look like the following image. When it does, select “Close”.
